[17-Jun-2008] This month, representatives of 80 nations will convene for the annual meeting of the International Whaling Commission (IWC) to decide whether whales should be commercially hunted. According to the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW), Japan is pushing for whales to be hunted and sold commercially. IFAW experts will be attending this year's meeting of the IWC.
