ANCHOR LEAD: As millions of children head back to school this month, many of their parents are considering their own education options… and with good reason. Brian Osuch has more. While college enrollment in the U.S is on the rise, the real increase is with students over the age of 25 who are trying to balance work, family and other obligations with their desire for higher education. Michael Philips is with the University of Phoenix. And he says the University uses technology to support educational ambitions. CUT: (Philips) Well, schools now offer a variety of online and campus course offerings and technology is really playing a huge role in the evolution of higher Ed and the ways that we learn.
