This week is National Women's Health Week, an observance led by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services with the goal of empowering women to make their health a priority. Actress Kim Raver from the hit show "24" is a strong advocate for healthy living and shares her own tips on how to get ready for summer.
CUT: (Raver) I think this is a great week for women to pause and for us to think about our health. I mean…for me, as we approach summer… it's not only about looking good, but it's also about taking steps to improve your overall health.
SCRIPT: Raver's tips include making sure to schedule doctor and dentist appointments you may have been putting off and to have a beauty routine that also addresses health needs.
CUT: (Raver) I choose products that address health and beauty, like Colgate Total Advanced Whitening that helps improve mouth health and gives me a whiter smile.
