UPDATED: NASCAR Champions Roar into Las Vegas for Annual Celebration

LAS VEGAS -- The NASCAR season concludes with a celebration in Las Vegas this week, and includes the NASCAR Victory Lap Fueled by Sunoco, a tire-smoking parade on the iconic Las Vegas Strip on Nov. 29. Leading the pack was Martin Truex Jr.,  2017 Monster Energy Series Champion, and driver of the No. 78 Furniture Row Racing Toyota. The 16 Playoff drivers showed off their best burnouts to Las Vegas during the Victory Lap. The hundreds of fans who lined Las Vegas Boulevard experienced an up-close view as NASCAR’s best drivers took the green at the Miracle Mile Shops before making their mark at two burnout locations on the famed Strip. The week will comes to an end Nov. 30 with the award ceremony honoring 2017 champion Truex Jr. at Wynn Las Vegas.
