Manfred Weber, Chairman of the EPP Group, who attended an EPP Summit ahead of the European Council, said that to solve the refugee crisis, Europe must help refugees in need but also has to find solutions for the better, common protection of its external borders. Weber called on the Member States to act during the European Council.
