The European Parliament plenary debated the so-called 'Juncker Plan' and approved to extend the implementation of financial reform by one year. The European Parliament also agreed on an investigative committee for the Panama Papers scandal, and migration measures to help find jobs for legal immigrants and to return non-qualifying asylum-seekers to their home countries.
