The Dutch government needs to give strong support for a proposed EU border guard and other measures to stem the flow of migrants, says EPP Group Vice President Esther de Lange of the Netherlands, commenting on the government's priorities during its six-month EU presidency, debated in the European Parliament. De Lange also says Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte should more actively campaign for a yes vote on a non-binding Dutch referendum on the EU Association Agreement with Ukraine.
