Turkey must meet strict criteria for visa liberalisation

An EU agreement to grant visas to Turkish nationals requires meeting strict guidelines, as part of an agreement to manage the migrant crisis. Without meeting those guidelines, there should be an emergency brake on those visas until the criteria are met, says EPP Group Chairman Manfred Weber.
