FILA Launches Men’s Legend Tennis Collection

ID

470794

Description
(FILA North America) – This season’s FILA Legend collection was inspired by Pierluigi Rolando, a true FILA visionary and the brand’s first Creative Director. Rolando introduced bold colors to the court in the early 1970s, greatly impacting the tennis fashion game. To this day, legendary sketches by Rolando are hanging in the FILA Museum in Biella, Italy, and they serve as a continuous source of inspiration for the brand. The Legend line features four different tops, including two crewneck styles, a polo shirt and a long sleeve shirt, as well as one short style. Borrowing Rolando’s chromatic sportswear scheme, the collection presents a mix of color blocking, heather-effect prints, classic stripes, and textures that are clean and on trend for today’s breakout player. FILA’s sponsored athletes will debut the Legend collection in Paris. The line retails from $50 - $68, and is available on FILA.com and at tennis specialty retailers in the United States and Canada.
