Today's consumers expect more than just a quality product – savvy consumers want to be engaged and don't want their experience with the product or the company to end at the sale.

This is especially true in the competitive auto industry which is why General Motors has opened a Customer Engagement Center dedicated to quickly addressing any questions a Chevy, GMC, Buick or Cadillac owner might have with their vehicle.

Whether customer's have a question about their vehicles or the technology that is now such a big part of new cars, being available to answer customers questions and give advice has become a very important part of the overall customer experience.

The center is purposely located in the heart of GM's North American design and engineering campus, the hub of GM'S vehicle development and is now providing rich customer feedback that is being funneled into future vehicle development.
