With auto shows in Los Angeles, Detroit, Chicago and Denver, people all over the country have had the chance to preview the latest automotive innovations. But now all the fun comes to New York for the finale of the spring auto show season, where rumor has it, auto manufacturers have saved the best for last.

Even with the economy in flux, Edumunds.com estimates that nearly 1.5 million new cars were sold in March, which is a 26.4 percent increase over February 2012 and a 16.5 percent increase over March 2011.

This year's 112th annual show offers a sneak peak of virtually every make and model vehicle sold in the United States under one roof, giving consumers the unique opportunity to see everything the auto industry has to offer.
