Lamborghini YDP & GT3 Junior Program
Lamborghini Squadra Corse is back on track in Vallelunga (Rome) for a two-day test session reserved for the drivers who are part of the Young Drivers and GT3 Junior Programs.

The test session continues Lamborghini's investment into young talent, and comes just a few days after the successful debut of Patrick Kujala and Alberto Di Folco (both aged 19) in the Misano Blancpain Sprint Series, where Kujala along with Mirko Bortolotti seized P3 in the Main Race.

This year's Super Trofeo witnessed more youngsters joining the season with the average age of contenders dramatically reducing. The three Lamborghini Squadra Corse junior programs' goal, including the Formula Junior Program, is to select the most talented drivers and bring them all the way through the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo series, and later to GT3 racing.

Among the drivers involved in the Vallelunga two-day test session was 25-year old Italian Daniel Zampieri. With both the 2009 Italian F3 and International GT Open titles under his belt, Zampieri raced this year in the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo along with the Russian Roman Mavlanov (Antonelli Motorsport), scoring his best result in Paul Ricard when he won Race Two. Because of his skills and performance he has been selected for the GT3 Junior Program.
