Patrick Kujala is once more the protagonist. The Bonaldi Motorsport driver wins Race One in Paul Ricard Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo

Sant'Agata Bolognese/Le Castellet, 20th June 2015. Patrick Kujala keeps ruling the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europe. Fifth win in a row for the Finn driver racing for Bonaldi Motorsport who won this afternoon Race One of the ongoing third round of the Series in Paul Ricard.

Daniel Zampieri, who managed to defend the lead at the start, kept the position also at the restart after the safety-car called in for a contact on the back of the grid. The Antonelli Motorsport driver than left the wheel of the car to Roman Mavlanov, who was however penalized with a stop and go penalty for not respecting the imposed pit stop time. The penalty forced the duo back to P7 but Mavlanov still manage to recover up to P4.

The Alberto Cerqui and Giacomo Barri pair took advantage of the situation performing a perfect race that brought the Imperiale Racing car up to second place ahead of the Patric Niederhauser/Edoardo Liberati (Raton Racing) duo. Their team-mate Alberto Di Folco, while dueling for top position, spun after a contact with Harald Schlegelmilch.

Adrian Amstutz (Konrad Motorsport) managed fifth overall and seized the PRO-AM Class as he did in Silverstone Race Two. The AM Class crowned Jurgen Krebs who took P10 under the chequered flag for Sportec Motorsport.

Carina Lima and Andrea Palma are the AM Gallardo Class winners. The Imperiale Racing pair already one the opening race of the season in Monza.

The next outing is in Race Two scheduled for tomorrow at 10.50 CET. Live Coverage in Italy will be provided by Nuvolari TV and will be delay broadcast on Motors TV for European viewers at 15.00 CET.

Carina Lima #88 – Autocarrozzeria Imperiale (AMG class winner): "I've improved a lot and I'm sure I can still be quicker thanks to the precious advices of my team-mate Andrea Palma. He also carried out an amazing second stint. This win, along with the Monza one means we can aim for top positions".
