POVOLEDO, LEWIS DRIVE TO THIRD VICTORY; MACHAVERN WINS AMATEUR CLASS TO HELP MITCHUM TAKE TEAM TITLE
Corey Lewis and Aaron Povoledo picked up their third victory of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo North America season, while Dillon Machavern clinched his first Amateur Class championship to propel Mitchum Motorsports to its first Team Championship Friday, Oct. 3 at Road Atlanta.

Machavern finished second to clinch the Amateur title in the No. 46 Mitchum Motorsports entry representing Lamborghini Chicago. That result, combined with his overall victory in Round 11 Thursday, gave Machavern a 74-54 gap over Amateur runner-up Kevin O'Connell in the final standings. Machavern, who started his Lamborghini season in Round 5 in June at Watkins Glen, also finished second in the overall championship.
