World-renowned chefs from Caesars Palace, The Cromwell, The Venetian® and The Palazzo® came together April 28 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit as celebrated chef Daniel Boulud sabered a magnum of Mionetto Prosecco in a traditional ceremony honoring the start of the festival.
Adam Rapoport, Editor in Chief, Bon Appétit; Cathy Tull, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority; and Sabrina Keraudren, Mionetto USA, make a toast to Vegas Uncork'd on its 10th anniversary. They also talk about the importance of the event and their appreciation of all the wonderful chefs that take part.
