LAS VEGAS -- World-renowned chefs from Caesars Palace, The Cromwell, The Venetian® and The Palazzo® came together April 28 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit as celebrated chef Daniel Boulud sabered a magnum of Mionetto Prosecco in a traditional ceremony honoring the start of the festival. Following the kick off, Daniel Boulud led the crowd in a ceremonial toast and cake presentation set against the backdrop of The Venetian’s Doge’s Palace Piazza to commemorate a truly unique culinary experience. Attending chefs and special guests included: Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse, Kim Canteenwalla and Olivier Dubreuil of The Venetian and The Palazzo; François Payard, Frank Pellegrino Jr., Guy Savoy, Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger of Caesars Palace; Adam Rapoport, Editor in Chief, Bon Appétit; Pamela Drucker Mann, Publisher & Chief Revenue Office, Bon Appétit & Epicurious; Cathy Tull, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority; Sabrina Keraudren, Mionetto USA.
