At the latest European Parliament plenary, MEPs approved the budget for 2018 that maintains funding for innovation, jobs, youth and Interrail for 18-year-olds. They green-lighted a €100m plan to train and equip security forces around development projects in Africa and beyond. And they gave their stamp of approval to set EU-wide guidelines on unsecured debt insolvency proceedings.
