ANCHOR LEAD: In battle, "to the Victor goes the spoils." That's great, but not when the spoils are pounds and the battle… is the holiday bulge! Bobbi Owens has more. (:59) SCRIPT: Lifestyles, I'm Bobbi Owens. All those rich festive foods packed into a two month holiday season certainly can pack on the pounds. But with some advice from Lauren Berlingeri, star of YouTube's "Woman v. Workout," maybe we can send those pounds packing. Lauren, what tips can you share for fighting the holiday bulge? CUT: (Berlingeri) Try to have your breakfast to be really healthy because you know that's by yourself and you can control that. Keep in mind lunch. But then when you go out for dinner, try to remember that 80/20 rule. Where 80-percent of the time you're being really healthy, you're being really good. And then 20-percent of the time you're enjoying yourself. It's the holidays. SCRIPT: How was it to be the first woman to complete the Extreme Seal training experience? CUT: (Berlingeri) As you know it was 24-hours. They didn't let you sleep, they didn't let you stop. They just kept pushing, and pushing and trying to find your weak spot.
