Author of "Big Ideas for Small Business," Barbara Weltman has teamed up with The Hartford to help small businesses owners plan for the future.
CUT: (Weltman) The Hartford's Fourth Annual Success Study showed about a third of business owners do factor in tax incentives in their business decisions on hiring, buying equipment and offering employee benefits.
SCRIPT: Top concerns for small business owners are the amount of money they'll owe and the complexity of tax legislation. Weltman says it's good to know what changes are coming in 2015.
