Parents Driving Changes at Work – Time Off, Tech, Training
New research shows Millennials are not only becoming moms and dads, but their take on parenthood is resulting in big changes at home and work. The Hartford's 2015 Millennial Parenting Survey found 52% of dads took extended time off after having a baby and 49% of dads say the responsibility of taking care of the kids is shared. And with the recent Netflix announcement about their new parental leave policies, it's clear that national companies are taking notice.
