This year, America is set to spend $19 billion on flowers and chocolates in honor of Mother's Day. The U.S. Fund for UNICEF is launching a new Mother's Day Moments Fund and asking gift-givers to honor the mothers in their lives in a different way this year-- with an Inspired Gift that will help keep mothers and children around the world happy, healthy and together. Inspired Gifts from the new Mother's Day Moments Fund will be donated to a vulnerable mother in a developing country to help save her child's life. Moms will receive a beautiful card which lets them knows that a gift has been made in their honor. The Mother's Day Moments Fund Inspired Gifts include a special collection of gifts that are designed to help give all mothers a very special Mother's Day. The collection of items and price points range from a Measles Vaccine for $12.00, Blankets for $20.67, Therapeutic Food for $72.80, a Water Kit for $181.53 and more at www.inspiredgifts.org/mothersday. UNICEF supporters are also encouraged to share their Mother's Day Moments across social media by posting photos of special moments with their moms and the ones they love using #GiveMOMents and sharing with @unicefusa .
