Phil Hogan was impressive in a European Parliament hearing in which he dealt with a series of questions from MEPs about his suitability for the EU trade portfolio in the next European Commission.
MEP Christophe Hansen, the EPP Group Spokesman in the International Trade Committee, expressed confidence that Mr Hogan is the right man for the job.
