(FILA Global) - FILA sponsored tennis athlete Timea Babos, has won the Hungarian Ladies Open in Budapest. Babos defeated her opponent Lucie Safarova, with a score of 6-7(4), 6-4, 6-3 in the final round of play. Timea, who hails from Hungary, fought back from one set down in the match, to claim the title in front of her home crowd.
With this win, Babos has recorded her second WTA singles title. She has also experienced great success in doubles play, with 11 career WTA doubles titles and a trip to the Wimbledon women's doubles finals in 2016.
