But the growth driver for the automotive industry continues to be the Total Cost of Ownership. Autovista Group is hosting a new awards event that celebrates this key metric for our industry.
LONDON – Autovista Group – the leading pan-European automotive pricing specialist and industry insights provider – is hosting the TCO Awards on the evening of 9th June in the Grand Ballroom at Berlin’s iconic Hotel Adlon Kempinski. This gala event will see the best and brightest from the European automotive industry gather for an evening to remember with a champagne reception, three-course dinner and the much-anticipated TCO Awards presentation.
Hosted by famed racing driver and Nürburgring-conqueror, Sabine Schmitz, the TCO Awards event celebrates the industry’s key metric and sees 200 of the industry’s decision-makers, thought-leaders and creative thinkers gather to celebrate their accomplishments.
“Berlin’s prestigious Hotel Adlon Kempinski is the ideal location for our inaugural TCO Awards event,” says Christof Engelskirchen, Chief Economist at Autovista Group. “TCO is the most important growth driver and metric for our industry, and these awards reflect that significance and celebrate successes.”
Nominations for the TCO Awards are now open to individuals and companies across the industry for 15 categories including:
- Small/Compact Diesel Car of the Year
- Medium/Large Diesel Car of the Year
- Small/Compact Petrol Car of the Year
- Medium/Large Petrol Car of the Year
- Small/Compact Hybrid Car of the Year
- Medium/Large Hybrid Car of the Year
- BEV of the Year
- Car of the Year
- OEM TCO Manager of the Year
- OEM of the Year
- Mobility Solution of the Year
- Fleet or Leasing Company of the Year
- Fleet TCO Manager of the Year
- Mobility Partnership of the Year
- Distinguished TCO Manager of the Year
Nominations will be open until 17th March with shortlisted entrants to be announced on 31st March. An independent judging panel will then make their final decisions by 23rd April and winners will be announced at the TCO Awards on 9th June. During the day on 9th June, Autovista Group will also be hosting the Auto Mobility LIVE conference, giving delegates and TCO Award nominees an ideal opportunity to attend both events.
