The longest-running award of its kind, the 8th edition of the pan-African (Re)Insurance Journalism Awards, invites entries from Africa’s media community to be submitted in English, French or Arabic between November 15th, 2022, and February 15th, 2023.
Reporters across Africa are invited to submit their entries and win pan-African recognition.
The 2023 categories are:
1. Best Re/Insurance Print Article (English)
2. Best Re/Insurance Online Article (English)
3. Best Re/Insurance Broadcast Entry (English)
4. Best Re/Insurance French Entry (Print, Broadcast or Online)
5. Best Re/Insurance Arabic Entry (Print, Broadcast or Online)

The awards pay tribute to an industry that has, in countless cases, helped individuals and businesses to recover from injury and loss.

The candidates who can best demonstrate how their articles have advanced the understanding of the (re)insurance sector in Africa will walk away with the knowledge that they are playing a vital part in elevating societies and stimulating progress amongst African communities.
