Steyr used this year's Agritechnica to present its tractor programme – which has been significantly extended in recent months – in Hall 5, starting with the new Compact, through the new Multi, to the expanded Profi series.
The highlight of the fair was represented by the new Profi CVT series, which has been introduced by Steyr with a full package of innovations and technologies and which was on display for the first time at Agritechnica. With the new Profi CVT series, Steyr has extended its tractor programme with continuously variable transmission in the 110 to 130hp power range.
In addition, as a focal point of the exhibition, Steyr provided information on new and multifunctional tractor concepts for use in municipal, horticultural, landscaping and forestry operations. Here, the company is presenting two new all-round tractors equipped for municipal or forestry work, thus following the trends towards more multifunctionality, especially in municipal and forestry operations as well as in horticulture and landscaping.
