Europe has to act promptly on refugee and automobile crises, say Merkel, Hollande and Weber

EPP Group Chairman Manfred Weber calls for balanced action in the refugee crisis, with new humanitarian as well as border security measures. MEPs also call for action to restore the automobile industry's reputation shaken by the VW emissions scandal.
