Need for new EU−US data protection talks after EU court invalidates Safe Harbour deal

The European Court's decision to suspend the EU's so-called Safe Harbour Agreement with the US is a victory for the privacy of European consumers, says EPP Group Chairman Manfred Weber. He also calls for new data protection talks with the US to create an agreement that complies with European law.
