(FILA North America) - FILA ambassador, Shaun T, appeared on The Wendy Williams Show to demonstate his latest workout craze, CIZE. With CIZE, Shaun T encourages participants to burn calories and increase their heart rate, all while having fun through dance. Shaun T led Wendy Williams and her studio audience through a series of moves from the CIZE program, to show guests how to dance their way to great bodies. Shaun T engaged in the workout while wearing his FILA training footwear from Kohl's.
