LOVE FILA BY MARION BARTOLI "Court Central Collection" Launches Exclusively at Neiman Marcus
(FILA North America) - FILA teamed up with 2013 Wimbledon champion Marion Bartoli earlier this year, to launch the LOVE FILA BY MARION BARTOLI collection. In time for the season’s final Grand Slam in New York City, the collaboration continues with an updated range of luxe tennis fashions, exclusive to Neiman Marcus. The new LOVE FILA BY MARION BARTOLI “Court Central Collection” takes sartorial cues from the Big Apple, with a set of styles that shine as bright as the city lights.

“We are thrilled to partner with a retailer like Neiman Marcus,” said Danny Lieberman, Senior Vice President of Apparel at FILA North America. “Together with Marion, we’ve designed something special for their clientele, with a collection that radiates boldness and fun, while still delivering on performance.

Lieberman continued, “The “Court Central Collection” serves as a love letter to New York, one of Bartoli’s favorite cities, with an aesthetic that echoes its excitement and energy. The apparel fuses high-fashion with sports fashion, for winning designs that will score style points both on and off-the-court.”

Highlighted by red, white and blue hues, the line includes classic silhouettes as well as standout styles. Bartoli’s signature tennis ball emoji design is accompanied by decorative elements associated with the city. The “Court Central” dress and bomber jacket are the collection’s statement pieces, each embellished with pops of colorful, New York centric details like the skyline, a NYC taxi cab, and notable street signs.

“The LOVE FILA collection offers a range styles for our customers who enjoy blending performance and fashion,” says Neiman Marcus Senior Vice President, GMM, Lisa Kazor. “The eight #OnlyatNM styles playfully incorporate New York City's most iconic elements--a slight wink to our future home.”

”The new LOVE FILA line is marked by chic and sporty styles that will take women from center court to the city streets,” said Marion Bartoli. “I’ve put my heart and soul into this collection and to have my designs in Neiman Marcus is a testament to our hard work and a dream come true for me.”

The eight-piece line includes a dress, bomber jacket, sleeveless polo, tank top, skort, and tights. Prices range from $120 for the “Court Central” skort to $280 for the “Court Central” jacket.

The LOVE FILA BY MARION BARTOLI “Court Central Collection” will be available exclusively at the Neiman Marcus Roosevelt Field retail location and online at NeimanMarcus.com.

About Marion Bartoli

When she first hit the courts, French native Marion Bartoli astounded tennis fans with her intensity and unorthodox two-handed forehand, one of many signature techniques which would later earn her the title of 2013 Wimbledon Champion. Throughout her professional career, Bartoli amassed eight WTA singles titles and three doubles titles. In addition to her 2013 Grand Slam title, she was the Wimbledon runner-up in 2007 and a semifinalist at the 2011 French Open.
