“It was good to get the pole today,” said Spinelli. “I made a little mistake on my fastest lap but I am happy with the run of the car. This track is difficult so we tried to save the tires and not push the car too hard. We are looking forward to tomorrow.”

Tomorrow and Sunday will be a battle to see who can save their tires. Who has the best tires at the end of the race will probably be in the best position.”
