Is Eli Manning Contemplating a Switch to Baseball?

Release Date: 18 Jun 2012
Superstar Quarterback, Two-Time MVP and #1 Dad Teams With Pampers and Throws Out First Pitch at the New York Mets Father's Day Game.

Much to the relief of football fans everywhere, pro-quarterback and two-time MVP Eli Manning isn't looking to become the next starting pitcher for the New York Mets!

Nevertheless, Manning threw out the first pitch, alongside 14-month-old daughter Ava, at Citi Field on Sunday, June 17th, as part of a Father's Day celebration sponsored by Pampers. Manning swears that he has no plans to switch careers, but he is looking to become this year's Most Valuable Dad!

While she may never suit up on the gridiron, Manning plans to teach Ava the fundamentals of football– team work, being a good winner, a good loser… and maybe the quarterback sneak!

To continue a celebration of dad beyond Father's Day, beginning June 20th, families can log on to the Pampers Facebook page www.Facebook.com/Pampers and visit the "Most Valuable Dad" tab for a chance to win exciting prizes.
