Lady SEAT's Skirt Reveals New Mii by MANGO

Release Date: 04 Mar 2014
SEAT has finally revealed its best-kept secret. On the first day of the Geneva Motor Show, Lady SEAT has cast off her 250-square-metre skirt to reveal the new SEAT Mii by MANGO, a special edition of the city slicker created together with the multinational Spanish fashion brand.

The show attracted the attention of the media representatives present at the first day of the Geneva Motor Show. A ground-breaking concept of state-of-the-art pulleys has enabled the suspension of a skirt at a height of 20 metres above ground level. The system has been fed by 24 bottles of CO2 and 6 bottles of helium, providing a total amount of 1,200 litres of gas.

The show has been coupled with a highly original presentation in the form of a countdown, so as to publicize the record set by the new SEAT Leon CUPRA on the Nürburgring circuit. The Spanish brand's compact car has proved to be the fastest front-wheel-drive vehicle in the history of the legendary German circuit, establishing a record lap time of 7:58.

The Leon CUPRA's record has thus shared centre-stage with the Mii by MANGO. Available in 3- and 5-door versions, this model aims to attract women drivers, offering a bold fashion statement with its colours, fabrics, accessories, coupled with its exclusive paintwork in Glam Beige and Deep Black, front and rear seats in Alcantara upholstery with beige piping as well as a hook for bags and mirror in the driver's sunshade. The Mii by MANGO will reach dealerships before the summer.
