"BBQ With a View," The Peninsula Beverly Hills Announces The Return of Its Popular Sky−High Dining Series

Launching Memorial Day weekend, The Peninsula Beverly Hills will once again invite guests to enjoy the sunset on Little Santa Monica as The Roof Garden restaurant brings back its buzzy Weekend BBQ series. Sit among the lush greenery of the hotel's rooftop surrounded by stunning views of the Santa Monica Mountains and sample a multitude of dishes straight off the grill.

Executive Chef David Codney's creations showcase his elevated approach to traditional barbequed specialties, elegantly executed. Highlights from this year's menu include Pabst Blue Ribbon™ Beer Can ½ Chicken with charred corn and cabbage cilantro slaw; American Kobe Style Brisket with iceberg lettuce, buttermilk and jardinière; Grilled Snapper with charred Roma tomatoes and local spinach and warm leek salad; and Chipotle and Coffee Rubbed Prime Tri-tip served alongside Chef Codney's acclaimed house-made oak-aged sauce.

To complement the weekend offering, The Roof Garden has partnered exclusively with small batch 100% Pure Blue agave silver tequila Casa Dragones Blanco to introduce Dragones Rocks – with a twist. Guests will be invited to indulge in the exceptional spirit in its purest form, on the rocks, with a twist of their choosing, plucked straight from The Peninsula's own rooftop garden. The wide range of fresh herbs on offer include Thai basil, fennel and heirloom lemon leaves and will highlight Casa Dragones Blanco's delicate citrus notes, warm hints of pepper and cloves and crisp light finish.

Rounding off the menu is a tempting selection of desserts including a creative take on a childhood classic, S'mores. Perfect for two, the dish is prepared tableside on a Hibachi grill, alluding to the playful spirit of campfire cookouts. Also on offer is the restaurant's own Banana Split, featuring cinnamon ice cream, tostones and rum-raisins; and Charred Peach Melba, served with a generous serving of buttermilk ice cream.

Dine al fresco and savor balmy evenings over a relaxed yet refined dinner inspired by summertime favorites.
