Is the Housing Market Bouncing Back?

Release Date: 22 Apr 2013
It's a seller's market! It's a buyer's market! After years of living in the bubble, foreclosures are in decline, housing inventory is tightening, investor demand is up and mortgage interest rates are at a record low. But what does this mean for the average Joe or Jane?

Whether you're looking to sell or ready to buy, Gary Thomas, President of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) says there's a market for everyone. Gary talks to viewers about today's real estate landscape, the difference between a seller's market vs. a buyer's market, and how to capitalize on the current momentum.
