“7 Days – 7 Topics”: A unique experience every day
Each day of Agritechnica 2025 is designed to offer a tailored experience for different professional groups. The “7 Days – 7 Topics” concept kicks off with Innovation and Press Day on Sunday, followed by AgriBusiness Days, International Farmers Day (spotlighting Canada, the Czech Republic, and France), Digital Farm Day, Young Professionals Day with the Young Farmers Party, and concludes with Celebrate Farming on Saturday.
“With our concept ‘7 Days – 7 Topics’, we ensure that each day offers a unique experience,” says Timo Zipf, Project Manager of Agritechnica. “Additionally, across all 23 halls, visitors will discover innovations aligned with our guiding theme Touch Smart Efficiency, where intelligent, connected technologies make farming more sustainable, productive, and user-friendly.”
Agritechnica 2025 also showcases 234 world premieres from 25 countries, including Argentina, India, Canada, Bulgaria, and Singapore spanning the full spectrum of agricultural machinery—from tractors and harvesting equipment to crop protection, spraying, drilling, and sowing technologies. Among these innovations, two were awarded Gold and 22 received Silver in the prestigious Innovation Award Agritechnica, underscoring the trade fair’s role as a global launchpad for cutting-edge solutions.
Innovation and Start-up Scene
Agritechnica 2025 also shines a spotlight on the innovation ecosystem, with more than 60 start-ups from 18 countries presenting visionary solutions. The Rapid Fire Start-up Pitch Competition offers a 5,000 Euro prize, while the DLG.Prototype.Club and DLG Expert Stage provide platforms for emerging companies to connect with investors, partners, and the broader industry.
Digital Farm Center and Expanded Technical Program
A new highlight this year is the Digital Farm Center, featuring 160 exhibitors showcasing the full spectrum of digital agriculture with four thematic zones: GPS and guidance systems; robotics and drones; sensor technology; and software solutions.
Agritechnica’s technical program includes 400 speakers across five DLG-Expert stages, offering everything from pop-up talks to in-depth panel discussions on topics such as regenerative agriculture, robotics, and data management. DLG-Expert Stages: Smart Efficiency (Hall 24); Digital Farming (Hall 21); Systems & Components (Hall 17); agrifood start-ups (Hall 21) and DLG-Studio Stage (Hall 24).
Agritechnica offers three DLG Spotlights that bring key themes to life through hands-on experiences and expert talks. In Hall 21, Digital Farming showcases the latest in connectivity and data exchange; Hall 24 focuses on soil health and biodiversity; and Hall 2 hosts Workshop Live that features real-time repair demonstrations highlighting the future of agricultural machinery maintenance.
