[30 April 2025 – Hoofddorp, The Netherlands] – ASICS Corporation is proud to announce its collaboration with Boston-based startup Neurun Inc. for Run Concierge, a first-of-its-kind AI-driven platform designed to elevate the race preparation journey for runners. Run Concierge, powered by Neurun, will debut later this summer across Race Roster’s and Njuko’s extensive network of racing events in North America, Europe, and Australia.
Run Concierge will integrate Google Maps Platform and Google Cloud’s latest advancements to serve as a personal AI running guide:
- AI-generated responses adapt to each course’s elevation, terrain, and weather - providing personalised answers to key training and race-day planning questions and connecting runners with relevant products and services to support their journey.
- Interactive immersive course previews let runners visualise the route in detail - building familiarity, confidence, and mental readiness before race day.
- Curated recommendations for hotels, dining, and local experiences help runners and spectators plan a smooth, memorable, and uniquely local race weekend.
Run Concierge will be integrated within the online participant dashboards for all partner races and on race webpages for select, major events.
