Better Synergy between EU Funds to Power Investment

EU funds under the so-called Juncker Plan for investment and Horizon 2020, combined with regional and private finance, can drive more development and job creation, said MEPs at an EPP Group hearing. The European Commission plans to publish a guide this year that will help public and private entities navigate strict EU rules and encourage greater investment.
