Brexit superhero? Let’s be serious, says EPP Group

EPP Group Chairman Manfred Weber calls for more seriousness, after UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson compared himself to The Hulk and failed to propose concrete solutions for Brexit. Weber also backed the European Parliament´s resolution approved Wednesday, which would consider an extension to the Brexit process if the UK government requests it, but under certain conditions. Brexit Steering Group member Danuta Hubner says Parliament would approve a resolution if an extension is needed to ratify a Brexit deal, or hold new elections or a referendum in the UK to find a solution.
