DLG to present attractive program on career opportunities in agriculture and agribusiness - Venue for “Junge DLG” (young DLG) members and Young Farmers Day - Universities and institutes provide information on current research projects - Hall 24
At the Campus & Career area at Agritechnica in hall 24, DLG and its partners will be presenting a comprehensive information and advice program on all aspects of professional careers. In the "Career" area, visitors can make contact with companies, obtain information from personnel consultants and find out more about training and further education opportunities. Information events organized by the “Junge DLG” (English. Young DLG) club and the Young Farmers Day round off the range of offers for professional questions. In the "Campus" area, technical colleges and universities as well as research institutes present current research projects.

Agritechnica is not only the world's leading trade fair for agricultural machinery, but also a network and job exchange for young people in agriculture and agribusiness. Together with its partners, DLG is offering an attractive mix of information in Hanover:
- New: Career & Networking Event on Young Farmers Day: at this special event, job seekers will not only meet potential employers, they can also get advice from experienced coaches on career planning, job applications, salaries, but also farm succession. The event will take place on Thursday, Nov. 16, 2024, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the DLG booth in Hall 24, Booth A06.
- Job wall: job, internship or dual study? Visitors can also find open job offers from Agritechnica exhibitors at the "Campus & Career" job wall directly at the DLG stand. Now new: Job ads also in the Agritechnica app.
- New: Job Route: The Job Route gives visitors who are looking for a job an overview of potential employers at Agritechnica. On the web and in the app under themed route, they receive a list of all those companies that potential applicants would like to meet.
Campus & Career- program presented on open stage
At the DLG stage, Hall 24, Stand A06, from 14-17 November, Campus & Career will be providing a broad range of interactive discussions and presentations in German on topics like application process and job interview tips, The DLG trainee program covers one presentation titled "how to rise tp management positions and farm succession planning". The speakers come from companies, organizations and farms, including AGCO, Claas and the University of Göttingen.
