Leading platform for practical crop production and innovative agricultural technology – Guiding theme: " ‘Crop Production Out of the Box’ – Attractive features – Registration now open – dlg-feldtage.de
From June 16 to 18, 2026, the International DLG Crop Production Center in Bernburg, Germany, will once again serve as the central hub for crop production professionals from Germany and around the world. Under the guiding theme “Crop Production Out of the Box,” the DLG Feldtage field exhibition will showcase groundbreaking innovations and solutions that are practical, forward-thinking and interdisciplinary. Exhibitors are now invited to register for the various exhibition areas. Registration for machine demonstrations will open in early October 2025. Held every two years by the DLG (German Agricultural Society), DLG Feldtage is recognized as the leading specialist and innovation platform for hands-on crop production.
DLG Feldtage places a strong emphasis on practical solutions for crop production, innovative cultivation systems, and cutting-edge agricultural technology. Visitors will be able to experience agriculture up close: from pioneering cultivation strategies and an impressive range of crop varieties to live demonstrations of machinery and smart technologies — all showcased directly on trial fields and demonstration plots under real-world conditions. This practical setting offers exhibitors an ideal platform to present their innovations to a highly qualified expert audience, gain direct feedback from the field and forge valuable professional connections.
Exhibiting with added value
DLG Feldtage is designed for companies offering forward-looking solutions in crop production, from plant breeding, crop protection, and fertilization to agricultural machinery, consulting and farm services.
Across the trial plots, open-air exhibition areas, tent halls, and daily machine demonstrations, visitors will gain a comprehensive overview of the latest products, services, and technical innovations.
"DLG Feldtage 2026 invites participants to challenge conventional thinking and explore new directions — in line with our theme, ‘Crop Production out of the box’ says project manager Andreas Steul. "What sets our event apart is the in-depth exchange between agricultural practitioners, researchers, companies, and decision-makers. In our trial fields, innovative ideas and technologies meet the realities of practical application. Anyone not represented here will miss the opportunity to actively shape the future of crop production and contribute to a more sustainable and forward-looking agriculture," adds Steul.
Spotlight on Future Topics: From Soil Fertility to Autonomization
DLG Feldtage 2026 will feature a broad exhibition and technical program covering relevant topics, addressing the key challenges and opportunities shaping the future of crop production:
- Latest crop varieties: Discover the newest varieties of all major crops, along with innovative approaches for niche and specialty crops.
- No-Till and soil fertility: Explore sustainable practices such as no-till farming, soil structure preservation, and the strategic use of cover crops — all aimed at promoting long-term soil health as the foundation of resilient crop production.
- FarmRobotix – Robotics, AI & Digital Farming: In this special area, visitors will experience autonomous field robots, camera-guided hoeing systems, AI-powered applications, and digital farm management tools — all live and in action
- Day of the Value Chains: This themed area focuses on the entire agricultural value chain, from seed to processing. Workshops and discussion forums will foster dialogue between farmers, industry, trade, and consumers, encouraging collaboration and transparency.
