In its first meeting since European elections, the EPP Group unanimously re-elected Manfred Weber as its chairman and chose its 10 vice-chairs. Weber says the group - the strongest force in parliament - is ready to negotiate with other parties to form a working coalition. Priorities include strengthening the social market economy and creating jobs, and in a way that is friendly to the environment.
