EPP Group Notes Success in Calming Financial Markets by Establishing Timelines and Rules for Debt Ratings Agencies

Jean-Paul Gauzès MEP, the EPP Group's Coordinator in the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee, says a new law enacted by Parliament will bring more stability to financial markets by limiting surprise ratings announcements.
