During this week's European Parliament Plenary Session in Strasbourg, EPP Group welcomed sanctions against Russia for Crimean annexation threats and aid to new pro EU government. The week also saw a robust EPP defence of the ways and means used to save several EU member states from default, as well as new reforms to protect EU holidaymakers and upgraded personal data and privacy protection for EU citizens.
