LAS VEGAS – Las Vegas is heating up this Fourth of July weekend with high-energy parties, live entertainment and festive experiences across the city. From rooftop firework displays and poolside DJ sets to exclusive dining specials and star-studded performances, the Sports and Entertainment Capital of the World is the ultimate place to celebrate Independence Day.
Firework Frenzy
Caesars Palace will light up the sky with a fireworks show at approximately 9 p.m. on Friday, July 4. For a front-row view, head to the prime spot along the Las Vegas Boulevard sidewalk outside the resort.
M Resort Spa Casino will dazzle the Las Vegas Valley with a grand fireworks show at 9 p.m. on Friday, July 4. Viewing is free throughout the resort, with optional VIP pool access available starting at 10 a.m.
Station Casinos will celebrate the Fourth of July with a fireworks display at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, Durango Casino & Resort, and Green Valley Ranch Resort Casino & Spa, along with festive viewing parties with live DJs and family-friendly amenities. Durango’s Bel-Aire Backyard opens at 7 p.m. Red Rock’s poolside party starts at 7:30 p.m. and offers complimentary light-up necklaces and frozen treats. Green Valley Ranch will welcome guests to The Backyard at 7:30 p.m. with a DJ until 10 p.m. Fireworks begin at all three resorts at 9 p.m.
The Plaza Hotel & Casino will celebrate the Fourth of July with the only fireworks show in Downtown Las Vegas. The show starts at 9 p.m. and will be launched from the Plaza’s South Tower, visible from downtown and beyond. Main Street will be closed from Carson Avenue to Ogden Avenue to allow for pedestrian viewing. Guests aged 21 and over can also watch the fireworks from an exclusive rooftop pool deck party.
Sparkling Fourth of July Events
Legacy Club at Circa Resort & Casino, the 60th-floor rooftop lounge, will celebrate the Fourth of July with its annual Star-Spangled Glamour event. Guests will enjoy panoramic firework views, an open bar, festive bites and live music starting at 7 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to dress in patriotic attire for a night of sky-high celebration.
Weenies and Bikinis returns to Stadium Swim at Circa Resort & Casino at 5 p.m. this Independence Day, bringing back the ultimate hot dog eating contest. Invited contestants, dressed in patriotic swimwear by Las Vegas-based Jobee Swim, will compete to devour the most American Coney Island hot dogs in five minutes for a $2,500 cash prize. Guests can enjoy front-row access to the action, plus six stunning pools, a 143-foot screen and a dazzling fireworks show.
Dive In Movies at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will screen Top Gun: Maverick, complete with themed cocktails, curated culinary offerings and interactive elements inspired by the film on Friday, July 4. Doors open at 6:15 p.m., with the movie starting at 8 p.m.
Fashion Show Las Vegas will celebrate Independence Day Weekend with its complimentary “Summer Vibes” experience. Guests can snap photos and beat the heat at the lively, interactive summer oasis, featuring dynamic art installations, including vibrant floral ceiling displays, eye-catching décor, and “Mi Casa, Your Casa,” the Latin America-inspired art installation with red house-shaped frames and swings, inviting visitors to sway and play.
Make a splash this Fourth of July weekend at Fontainebleau Las Vegas with Oasis Cinema Club, featuring outdoor movies at the stunning six-acre Oasis Pool. Doors open at 7 p.m., with showtimes starting at 8 p.m. Enjoy Finding Dory on Thursday, July 3, Top Gun: Maverick on Friday, July 4 and Baywatch on Saturday, July 5. Fontainebleau Rewards members receive waived entry fees.
Fremont Street Experience is turning up the volume this Independence Day with a special edition of its Downtown Rocks Free Concert Series, featuring country music superstar Craig Morgan. The performance kicks off at 9 p.m. on the 3rd Street Stage.
On Sunday, July 6, Grand Prix Plaza will host Grand Prix Sundays at the Fuel & Fork, featuring a live viewing of the British Grand Prix on a big screen, themed food and drinks, and a race-day atmosphere.
Play Playground at Luxor Hotel and Casino will feature free entry with no Play Pass or ticket purchase required between Friday, July 4 and Sunday, July 6.
Ghostbar at Palms Casino Resort will celebrate the Fourth of July with panoramic views from 55 floors above the Strip. Guests can watch the fireworks at 9 p.m., followed by a throwback party with resident DJ Jenna Palmer and DJ Supa James, playing hits from the ’80s, ’90s and early 2000s.
Resorts World Las Vegas invites guests to Athena at Night for cocktails and skyline views on Friday, July 4. The rooftop venue features an 1,800-square-foot infinity pool overlooking the Strip and offers a stunning vantage point for fireworks.
Rouge Room at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa will host Rouge Roundup: Honky Tonk featuring DJ Lucky Lou on Friday, July 4. The event begins at 8 p.m. and includes a mechanical bull, signature cocktails and a country EDM set by DJ Lucky Lou.
Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino will celebrate Fourth of July weekend with Red, White & Boots, a two-day bash in partnership with Cowboy Lifestyle Network. On Friday, July 4, guests can enjoy daytime pool parties with DJ sets, a country night swim with live performances by Bigg Vinny and Matt Farris, and rooftop fireworks viewing at VooDoo Lounge. The fun continues Saturday, July 5 with poolside festivities; a country tribute concert honoring Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan and Kenny Chesney; and late-night entertainment at VooDoo Lounge.
The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will host a Fourth of July fireworks viewing party from the indoor and outdoor Observation Deck of The STRAT Tower, beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 4. The celebration will include live DJ entertainment, face painting, party favors and The STRAT’s first-ever hot dog-eating contest, with a kids’ competition at 6 p.m. and adults at 7:30 p.m. Guests can also enjoy classic snacks and sweeping views of the Las Vegas skyline.

The original American Idol, Kelly Clarkson, is set to debut the first shows of her highly anticipated residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace with back-to-back performances on Friday, July 4 and Saturday, July 5.
The Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn tour will take place at Allegiant Stadium on Friday, July 4 and Saturday, July 5.
New Kids on the Block will perform at Dolby Live at Park MGM on Saturday, July 5.
Chelsea Handler will take the stage at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas on Saturday, July 5.
OMNIA Nightclub at Caesars Palace will feature a performance by Loud Luxury on Friday, July 4 and Alesso on Saturday, July 5.
LIQUID Pool Lounge at ARIA Resort & Casino will feature a special performance by Murphi Kennedy on Saturday, July 5.

Tiësto will headline at TAO Beach Dayclub at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas on Saturday, July 5. The party continues into the night at TAO Nightclub with DJ Phenom on Friday, July 4 and Four Color Zack on Saturday, July 5.

GIADA at The Cromwell will offer a Fourth of July dining experience featuring signature dishes from celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis and her culinary team, along with two drink vouchers. Guests can enjoy views of the fireworks from the open-air restaurant overlooking Las Vegas Boulevard. Priced at $125 per person, the experience includes all-inclusive food and two drinks, with additional cocktails available for purchase. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and guests may come and go throughout the evening.
This Fourth of July, enjoy front-row fireworks and flavor-packed favorites at Gordon Ramsay Burger at Flamingo Las Vegas. Located directly across from Caesars Palace, the restaurant offers a view of the Strip’s celebrations from its open-air patio. Guests can enjoy Chef Gordon Ramsay’s elevated take on American favorites including burgers, hot dogs, fries and milkshakes, along with a wide selection of beer, wine and cocktails. The festivities begin at 6 p.m. with an all-you-care-to-eat and drink experience. Reservations start at $150 per person for indoor seating and $200 for Strip-side outdoor seating.
The terrace at Caramella Italian Restaurant & Lounge at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino offers an elevated viewing experience, complete with tray-passed bites and a champagne toast at 9 p.m. Guests can keep the celebration going with post-show access to Caramella’s Hidden Lounge for an exclusive after-party.
The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will serve up festive Fourth of July food and beverage offerings from Friday, July 4 through Sunday, July 6. PT’s Wings & Sports and View Lounge will feature classic summer flavors and celebratory drinks. At Swim & Social, holiday highlights include buckets of beer and vodka seltzers, Casamigos frozen margaritas, a beer and shot combo and a beef rib platter. For a more elevated experience, Top of the World Steakhouse will offer limited-time holiday dishes and seasonal cocktails with panoramic views of the Las Vegas skyline.
Festivities Beyond Vegas
The Boulder City Damboree Celebration, hosted by local non-profit Damboree Committee, kicks off on Friday, July 4, with a Rotary Pancake Breakfast at Bicentennial Park at 7 a.m., followed by the annual Flyover signifying the start of the Parade at 9 a.m., and continues with games, food and a beer wagon at 11 a.m. at the Boulder City Pool. The festivities move over to Veterans Memorial Park for music and games at 4 p.m. and a fireworks show accompanied by music from DJ Mike Pacini at 9 p.m.
Lake Las Vegas will host its annual Fourth of July fireworks show on Friday, July 4, at 9 p.m., in partnership with the City of Henderson. The free, family-friendly event is open to the public, with viewing available from The Village and throughout the Lake Las Vegas community.
The annual Laughlin Rockets Over The River fireworks display will take place on Friday, July 4, beginning at 9 p.m. and is free for public viewing along the Laughlin River Walk. The pyrotechnics display shimmers on the Colorado River and will be simulcast to patriotic music on a local radio station.
Mesquite’s Rockets Over the Red Mesa returns to the Sports and Events Complex on Friday, July 4. The celebration begins at 7:10 p.m. and will feature food trucks, live music and family games. The fireworks show lights up the sky at 9:00 p.m. This free, family-friendly event is open to all ages, and guests are encouraged to bring chairs and tailgate for a fun-filled night under the stars.
Getting Around the Destination
With seven stops along the resort corridor, the Las Vegas Monorail offers one of the fastest and most convenient ways to get around the Strip during the Fourth of July weekend. To accommodate the holiday crowds, the monorail will extend its hours of operation, running from 7 a.m. until 3 a.m. on Friday, July 4 and Saturday, July 5, 2025.
