Munich, Germany: Genesis will bring Genesis Flexibility to customers across Europe. Genesis Flexibility is a common sense subscription plan which provides peace of mind, short term ‘cancel at any time’ flexibility and a luxury experience at every step.
The premium luxury brand that aims to deliver a customer-first experience, is responding to customer demand with its own vehicle subscription service to offer a convenient and stress-free introduction into the world of Genesis.
The details of ‘Genesis Flexibility - your tailor made car subscription’, will vary between markets. The Genesis Flexibility package includes all scheduled servicing, whilst also offering the same scope of services provided when purchasing a Genesis vehicle, including home delivery and collection, all the benefits of the comprehensive Genesis Care Plan and a dedicated Genesis Personal Assistant.
Customers will be able to contact their Genesis Personal Assistant at their convenience, to arrange vehicle servicing, including free pick-up from the customer’s home or place of work, and a courtesy car provided as standard; all part of the brand’s promise, ‘we come to you’.

The vehicle is delivered free of charge to the front door at a time to suit and after expiry of the subscription, the vehicle will be collected again from the desired location.
The details of the subscription offering in each country will be released soon; each package is carefully tuned to offer flexibility, meet local financial regulations and offer the full Genesis experience to deliver hassle free, premium luxury motoring.
Earlier this summer, Genesis officially launched into Europe, the home of premium luxury cars. Orders for the G80 and G70 saloon and GV80 and GV70 SUV are now open, with the G70 Shooting Brake coming soon. The Genesis range is set to include three all-electric vehicles within the first year in Europe.
