Lamborghini unveils the latest heir to the legendary SV lineage: a 1,065 CV V12 hybrid that redefines the boundaries of driving emotion
Sant’Agata Bolognese/Monterey (California), 14 August 2026: Automobili Lamborghini presents the Revuelto SV[1], the latest V12 Super Veloce in a lineage that began 55 years ago with the first Miura SV.
At Lamborghini, SV stands for Super Veloce, signifying an extreme performance variant. It combines even more power, lightweight construction, optimized aerodynamics, and a precise chassis setup for better performance, greater driving pleasure, and passion. Just like the new Lamborghini Revuelto SV.
With the Revuelto SV, Lamborghini opens a new chapter in its legendary Super Veloce lineage. Produced in a limited series of 1,963 units, a tribute to the year Automobili Lamborghini was founded, the Revuelto SV is reserved for the brand's most loyal customers and collectors. It represents an unprecedented evolution in performance, combining the power of a V12 hybrid with uncompromising racing DNA to deliver a super sportscar experience on an entirely new level.
“Revuelto SV takes the potential of Revuelto to an even higher level, building on a car that has already set a new benchmark in terms of performance and driving precision. Every element has been developed to make the experience behind the wheel even more intense, direct and engaging. Exclusivity, technical perfection and pure driving pleasure reach their highest expression in this car. It is Lamborghini DNA in its purest form: a super sports car conceived to push beyond the limits and deliver uncompromising emotions,” says Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini.
Based on the Lamborghini Revuelto[2], the brand’s first V12 hybrid supercar delivering over 1,000 CV (1015), the SV variant further optimizes every detail, from aerodynamics to power delivery, reaching a maximum output of 1,065 CV (783 Kw) and a class-leading 1,425 Nm of system torque, while accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds, from 0 to 200 km/h in just 6.7 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 345 km/h. The Revuelto SV is the most powerful and fastest production Lamborghini ever built in Sant’Agata Bolognese.
It is precisely these extreme figures that give rise to what Lamborghini defines as “The Quantum of Driving”: a shift in the driving experience where performance is no longer linear but transforms into something entirely different. “Quantum” captures this change of state, identifying the exact moment when driving reaches its purest form.
The new top-performance model features an even more striking design, enhanced aerodynamics with increased downforce, a newly developed suspension with racing-inspired adjustable passive dampers, next-generation CCM-R Plus carbon-ceramic brakes and bespoke Bridgestone Potenza Race R tyres.
For the first time, Lamborghini introduces the dedicated Pilota driving mode on the Revuelto SV, delivering an even more engaging and customizable track driving experience. In keeping with this philosophy, the interior embodies the purest expression of Lamborghini’s “Feel Like a Pilot” concept, creating an immersive connection between driver and machine.
The Revuelto SV’s mission is to unleash the V12 racing spirit in its purest form: transforming extreme power into an intense, instinctive connection between man and machine.
“Thanks to new aerodynamics, a cutting-edge vehicle dynamics controller, and motorsport-derived technologies for suspension, brakes, and tires, as well as increased power, the Revuelto SV delivers even greater precision and sportiness than the Revuelto. This makes the Revuelto SV the ultimate super sports car for performance-focused drivers,” Stephan Winkelmann continues.

Newly Developed Aerodynamics
To achieve greater downforce, more precise handling, and enhanced lap time performance during track driving, the engineers and designers have further optimized the Revuelto SV’s aerodynamics.
The front splitter and underbody are engineered for maximum performance. The angled fin on the front bumper improves the seal around the wheel wells and directs airflow specifically to the side coolers. This increases the energy of the incoming air and ensures efficient cooling as well as optimal performance even under extreme conditions. The forward-shifted aerodynamic balance optimizes handling on the racetrack and noticeably shortens lap times, while the 12 percent improvement in brake cooling ensures that maximum braking performance is always available, even under extreme conditions.
The rear wing of the Revuelto SV combines racing technology and efficiency in perfect harmony. The motorsport-inspired double-wing design at the side ends maximizes downforce and cooling while simultaneously the low inclination of central section improving aerodynamic efficiency. At the rear of the Revuelto SV, the Gurney flap ensures optimized aerodynamics and cooling. It increases downforce on the rear hood and improves suction at the radiator outlet, thereby increasing thermal efficiency and ensuring constant cooling even under extreme racing conditions. A new cooling channel for the rear brakes, combined with the Revuelto SV’s sophisticated underbody design, ensures maximum ventilation of the brake discs.
As a result, the Revuelto SV delivers 80% more total downforce than Revuelto, 10 percent more than the Aventador SVJ, and a 60% increase in downforce-to-drag efficiency respect to Revuelto. This design ensures improved acceleration, enhanced grip and maximum stability at high speeds, as well as an unparalleled balance between road and track.
The Powertrain
With the Revuelto SV, Lamborghini has created a driving machine in the purest sense. The powertrain combines high specific power elements: the 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 combustion engine works synergically with two front axial flux motors that deliver an outstanding weight-to-power ratio, with a radial flux electric motor positioned above the eight-speed double-clutch gearbox positioned transversally behind the Lamborghini V12 engine.
This architecture enables ultra-fast torque distribution and fully electric torque vectoring, delivering outstanding traction, enhanced cornering precision and exceptional agility in every driving condition. By actively distributing torque between the front wheels, the system increases responsiveness during turn-in, maximizes grip on corner exit and gives the Revuelto the feeling of a significantly lighter and more precise super sports car, both on road and track.
The V12 produces 825 CV at 9250 rpm and offers a maximum rev range of 9500 rpm, while the technical integration with three electric motors and an improved high-performance 7.3 kWh lithium-ion battery delivering a max output of 190 kW boosts the total output to an impressive 1,065 CV, a power increase of 50 CV over the Revuelto.
The power-to-weight ratio stands at a remarkable 1.66 kg/CV. A newly developed battery system ensures up to four times greater performance consistency compared to the Revuelto, delivering sustained output and repeatability even under extreme track conditions. Equally impressive is the maximum system torque of 1,425 Nm, a best-in-class figure that defines the car’s extraordinary responsiveness and acceleration.
The combination of classic V12 sound, extremely high rev potential, and modern hybrid assistance enables acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in a sensational 2.4 seconds. The Revuelto SV accelerates from 0 to 200 km/h in just 6.7 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 345 km/h. The hot exhaust gases exit through a high-performance sports exhaust system, specifically tuned to the vehicle's power output, featuring two tailpipes in matte grey. The tailpipes are also available as an option in matte black and in an especially elegant matte bronze.
“With Revuelto SV, our goal was to give the driver an even more direct, racing-inspired and emotional connection with the car. Every element, from the enhanced aerodynamics that increase downforce and stability at higher speeds, the GT3 racing-derived suspension, and next-generation braking system to the bespoke Bridgestone Potenza Race R tires, developed from the ground up to Lamborghini specifications, with the new Pilota driving mode, has been developed to maximize confidence, consistency and driving engagement in every condition, whether on road or on track. The result is a super sports car capable of adapting to different driving styles and environments while always delivering the purest and most rewarding Lamborghini driving experience,” commented Alessandro Farmeschi, Revuelto Product Line Director of Automobili Lamborghini.
New suspension with adjustable racing inspired dampers
The Revuelto SV’s suspension transforms every drive into an unparalleled experience for both driver and passenger. Manually adjustable dampers derived from GT3 racing technology ensure the perfect balance, delivering maximum effectiveness and a pure driving feel both on road and track, while allowing precise adaptation to individual driving styles.
The optimized damping precisely controls every movement of the body, enabling the driver to experience every corner directly, safely and without compromise. The result is +17% agility and +10% lateral grip compared with the Revuelto.
The suspension kinematics maximize damper effectiveness, translating the car’s dynamics into immediate and vivid feedback – a purist driving experience where driver and machine become one. The customer will benefit from the experience gained from R&D during the development on different tracks by using suggested set-ups for flat, bumpy or wet track.
New CCM-R Plus Brakes
The new CCM-R Plus carbon-ceramic brake discs, introduced on the Revuelto SV, set a new benchmark for performance in the hypercar and racing segments, delivering significant improvements in braking performance, particularly in high-speed deceleration scenarios such as 200–0 km/h, reduced to just 110 meters. Developed for the most demanding conditions of endurance racing and inspired by Formula 1 technology, they combine an innovative 3D carbon structure, racing-derived ventilation and a dedicated friction layer into a true high-tech braking system.
The Revuelto SV’s new CCM-R-Plus brake system sets new standards in performance and control. Measuring 420 x 40 millimeters at the front and 410 x 32 millimeters at the rear, it surpasses the already high-performance CCB-Plus discs, delivering enhanced braking power and peak performance for both road and track use. Compared with the Revuelto, the SV version achieves +11% peak deceleration, +23% heat dissipation and -12% brake disc temperature.
A long 3D structure made of long carbon fibers is embedded in a carbon matrix and receives a special coating. It distributes heat evenly, ensures maximum stability and exceptional comfort, while the improved coefficient of friction delivers immediate, reliable braking power, without any warm-up phase. The vented racing bell guarantees optimal cooling, maximum thermal efficiency, and consistent braking performance even under extreme loads.
The specially vented carbon-ceramic discs ensure optimal cooling and increased thermal efficiency, while the floating discs with a rigid mounting system guarantee maximum consistency even during intense track sessions. The result is a brake that withstands high sustained loads while delivering precise, repeatable response, perfect for uncompromising performance on any track. With the CCM-R-Plus, riders experience braking power at the highest level: precise, repeatable, and uncompromising, for the best braking performance. In addition to the standard Nero Opaco finish, customers can have the brake calipers painted in twelve different colors.
New Brake control
The new Integrated Brake Control system introduces a next‑generation inertial sensor that continuously monitors vehicle motion in real time.
By combining this information with a new intelligent virtual estimation logic, the system gains a deeper understanding of how the vehicle is moving in every driving situation.
This enables more precise and responsive braking actions, helping to prevent wheel lock and delivering improved braking performance. The result is a shorter braking distance, better vehicle control during combined braking and cornering, and increased stability when driving over jumps or curbs.
At the heart of Revuelto SV’s integrated control system is the 6D sensor coupled with innovative vehicle dynamic control logics. The 6D sensor is installed strategically close to the vehicle’s center of gravity and is directly connected to the IPB (Integrated Power Brake) control unit. Its function is to provide measurements of the acceleration on all three axes (lateral, longitudinal and vertical) in real time, as well as the angular velocity also for all three axes (pitch, roll and yaw). This information allows for a highly-precise estimation of the vehicle’s speed, the side-slip angle and the instantaneous coefficient of friction between tires and road surface.
The 6D sensor is part of the provision of the IVE (Integrated Vehicle Estimator), whose calculation process uses Kalman filtering. This is an algorithm which, more specifically, provides a predictive dimension of the vehicle's dynamics, thus allowing all related systems to adapt to any driving situation. These systems include the IBC (Integrated Brake Controller) which implements wheel slipping control functions during braking, reducing stopping distances up to 10%. The direct connection to the IVE allows the IPB system to increase braking performance on bends and in typical situations found during track driving, such as passing over curbs. All this is based on the accurate estimates produced by the IVE thanks to the 6D sensor.
New Pilota driving mode
The Lamborghini Revuelto transforms into a completely different car depending on the selected driving mode, from a daily super sportscar to an uncompromising track machine. In Strada mode, every drive becomes a comfortable experience, gentle throttle response, and precise traction control for everyday use. Drivers seeking more dynamism can switch to Sport mode, which sharpens V12 engine and vehicle dynamic responsiveness, turning corners into pure pleasure. For the racetrack, Corsa mode is ready: minimal traction control, and maximum power, perfect for mastering every corner aggressively and precisely.
Activated via a dedicated rotary knob on the steering wheel, Pilota mode unlocks a highly customized driving setup built around a bespoke five-stage traction control system, derived directly from Lamborghini’s GT3 racing experience.
The system adapts seamlessly to different track conditions and tire wear, while advanced stability control enhances balance, precision, and performance, especially over curbs and during aggressive driving. The result is a purist driving experience at the highest level.
