Adrian Zaugg and Federico De Nora claimed a last gasp pole position to ideally set up their first race in the championship finale that will see one of four drivers claim the 2013 Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo title at the Nürburging this weekend.
The South African Adrian Zaugg claimed the fastest lap early in the 40 minute qualifying session, but at the 17 minute interval, Andrea Amici steered his Imperiale Gallardo into P1 and Zaugg & De Nora were relegated to third behind another PRO-AM contender, Leonardo Geraci.
