Make the Green Deal a good deal for businesses

The EU´s new proposed Industrial Strategy unveiled this week by the European Commission will help make the Green Deal a good deal for businesses, stated EPP Group Members of the European Parliament. Christian Ehler and Esther de Lange stated that companies will need support from the EU to decarbonise, with fair trade policies and financing. New industries like hydrogen will need to be developed. A new proposed strategy on SMEs is equally important, as they are the backbone of the EU economy.
